「両関酒造」是來自秋田的著名酒造，經釀造「十四代」的高木酒造指導和技術支援，釀造出大熱的清酒「花邑」。而「翠玉」是繼「花邑」後，両関酒造的第二款作品。

此酒品由秋田縣產米來釀製，精米步合為50% (麴米及掛米)，口感比較爽身和輕快，及後會感受到蜜瓜的香甜香氣，亦有著梨子的清甜，最後以梨子皮輕微苦澀的味道作收尾。整體的感覺清爽微薰，是一款舒服簡單的作品。
