酒塞選用了特别的小木塞設計,由契約栽培的山田錦酒米釀造,再以冰溫熟成的方式,把酒液儲於-5℃的冰窟中熟成兩年,在冰點下的清酒酵母近乎處於休眠狀態,冰溫熟成後的酒質豐潤香醇,緩緩散發著富有特色的旨味,呈現出豐富的口感。
