This exquisite 8 year old single malt whiskey with full bodied sherry character in true GlenAllachie style joins the distillery's core range in 2022.

Under the expertise of Master Distiller Billy Walker, Innovation has selected the finest casks, including Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, a combination of virgin oak and red wine barrels to create an impressive fruity sip.

Nose: Spiced fruit bread with sweet cinnamon, a touch of ginger and juicy raisins. A hint of nutty malt balances the floral honey.

Taste: Intense dark musky sugar, more dried fruit and raisins, and dates sprinkled with aromatic baking spices.

Finish: Maple syrup, toasted almonds, light menthol, earthy coffee and cocoa.
